Cascade Commodity Consulting Company LLC is leading the US and Global wheat industry in creating a platform of extensive industry knowledge for traders, end users and producers alike.
        The Cash Wheat Report is a daily commentary on the US and Global cash wheat values, distributed to subscribers each business day. The report relates the US Gulf and Pacific Northwest export markets to the US domestic protein wheat market, as well as the US wheat market to Canadian, European and Black Sea markets.
        Along with cash values the report engages daily in; export sales, activity in the US protein wheat market, news and weather updates, futures and spread activity, and derivative trading ideas.
        The daily wire includes an excel spreadsheet with cash values in flat price and basis values for the US Gulf and PNW export markets.
       The Cash Wheat Report has been in publication since May of 2007. Over the last 2 ½ years the report as attracted many different types of subscribers: hedge funds, private grain analysts, futures brokerage companies, cash brokerage companies, regional grain companies, international grain companies, flour millers, foreign procurement managers and foreign wheat exporters.

Al Conway, the author of The Cash Report and owner of Cascade Commodity Consulting LLC has more then 30 years of analytical and trading experience in international and US domestic markets. He has traded cash grains including corn, sorghum, beans and wheat while managing a trading profit center for most of these years.
      Throughout Al’s many years in the business he has worked for Marc Rich & Company, Louis Dreyfus Corporation, ConAgra Trading Corporation, and The Australian Wheat Board.
      He started his own business in 2007 with the creation of Cascade Commodity Consulting Company LLC   from which he publishes  “The Cash Wheat Report”,  and Cascade Commodity Trading LLC, a hedge fund which participates in trading wheat and corn spreads, and inter commodity market spreads.   
      Al grew up on his family farm in Iowa.  He learned early in life to work hard to contribute to the success of his family’s business.  He is a graduate of Iowa State University and received his degree in agriculture business; 20+ years later he took night classes at Keller Graduate School of Business & received his MBA. He has been married to his wife Lynda for 31 years.  Together they have 2 children and 2 grandchildren. Al’s hobbies include playing golf, snow skiing, hiking, and hunting.  He and Lynda own Missouri Fox Trotter horses and they enjoy riding in the mountains and camping with their horses on weekends.
